- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
