Cost Accountant

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
- Ensure accurate product costing across all manufacturing sites.
- Reconcile and adjust CO, RO, PO, DO, MO transactions.
- Analyze cost variances and allocate goods in transit.
- Maintain and update inventory and expense codes in M3.
- Review and activate new product BOMs.
- Prepare monthly cost sheets, gross margin, and COF analysis.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations and physical counts.
- Support budgeting, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Validate WCM savings and update project trackers.
- Lead or support process improvements and system implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost accounting, finance, or budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The office assignment will be based on your proximity to either Pasig or Cavite.
