JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing customers recommendations regarding frame weights, materials, designs, and colors suggesting frames, coatings, and lenses to meet the demands of customers
- Measuring clients to identify appropriate frame kinds and styles
- Making frame adjustments to ensure optimum fit
- Verifying requirements, lens thickness, and other details before placing orders for glasses and contact lenses
- Verifying the correct processing of glasses and contact lens orders
