Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Strong background in both copywriting and design principles; Proven art direction, writing and design skills of 5 years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field Responsibilities: Develop visual concepts and creative directions for campaigns and brand initiatives Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to produce cohesive creative work Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social, and experiential materials Review design assets and provide clear, constructive feedback to creative team members Support photo shoots, video productions, and content development from concept to delivery Present creative ideas and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards Stay informed on design trends, cultural movements, and competitor creative activity Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup. Salary Range: PHP. PHP 55,000.00 to PHP 70,000.00 Gross Work Location: Makati City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
