About the role
This role involves managing project planning from concept development through to final execution for design and construction works, coordinating activities across multiple projects and locations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning from concept development up to final project execution for design and construction works
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, and implementation strategies
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and target completion dates
- Coordinate project activities with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), quotations, and project proposals
- Assess contractor quotations to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with company requirements
- Inspect construction and fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and project deliverables to ensure acceptable quality standards are met
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations
About you
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations
- Experience supervising and coordinating multi-skilled workers for repairs and maintenance projects
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Ability to prepare and submit project status updates, accomplishment reports, and completion reports
- Experience maintaining project documentation, including plans, permits, quotations, contracts, and inspection reports
- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- Has experience as an independent contractor for house construction.
- Has hands-on experience in building a house.
