PARTS INVENTORY SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Inventory Supervisor to oversee the inventory operations of spare parts for after-sales service. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, supervising personnel, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support timely service operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and monitoring of parts
· Lead and manage inventory staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
· Ensure accuracy of inventory records and system updates
· Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
· Monitor stock levels and approve reorder requests to prevent shortages or overstocking
· Coordinate with service, procurement, and logistics teams for parts requirements
· Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliation, and variance analysis
· Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
· Ensure proper organization, labeling, and housekeeping of storage areas
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
· Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and inventory processes
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
· At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, with supervisory experience
· Experience in after-sales service, electronics, or air-conditioning parts is an advantage
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Proficient in inventory systems and MS Excel
· Analytical and detail-oriented
· Strong coordination and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
