Dermatologist (New Graduates Welcome)

Kash | Center for Dermatology, Lasers and Regenerative Aesthetics is a leading Dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through advanced medical and aesthetic dermatological services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate  Board-Certified Dermatologist with a strong interest or experience in pathologic conditions and  aesthetic procedures to join our growing practice. This dual-role position involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions while offering evidence-based procedures not limited to laser treatments to enhance skin health and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Dermatology:

• Diagnose and manage various skin, hair, and nail disorders (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, etc).

• Perform skin biopsies, excisions, and other minor dermatologic procedures.

• Provide long-term treatment plans and educate patients on preventive skin care.

Aesthetic Dermatology:

• Conduct facial assessments and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans.

• Perform or supervise procedures such as:

  • Neuromodulators (e.g., botulinum toxin)

  • Skin boosters, Biostimulators, Fillers,

  • Acne scar treatments including subcision, and advanced subcision techniques

  • Various chemical peels

  • Laser treatments:

    • 1064nm wave length

    • 532nm wave length

    • 1726nm wave length

    • 577nm wave length

    • 1927nm wave length

    • 1550nm wave length

    • 10600nm wave length

  • Energy-based device procedures (e.g., RF microneedling, MFU+RF tightening device, photobiomodulation, needle free injector, etc.)

  • Skin tightening and multi-modal rejuvenation techniques

• Ensure safe, ethical, and patient-centered aesthetic care aligned with current best practices.

General Duties:

• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, administrative staff and social media team

• Stay current with dermatologic and aesthetic advancements through CME, trainings, conferences and company initiated presentations.

• Educate patients on post-procedure care and realistic outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with completed Dermatology residency.

• Newly graduates from Dermatology residency will also be considered.

• Board certification in Dermatology.

• Valid medical license to practice.

• Additional training or certifications in aesthetic medicine and lasers is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a combined medical-aesthetic dermatology setting (new grads with strong interest in procedural dermatology will also be considered).

• Familiarity with EMR systems and photo documentation.

Work Schedule: Willing to work on full-time, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
