Customer Service Representative (BFSI Account) – Cebu City
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team in Cebu City ! This role is perfect for those looking to start or grow their career in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
No prior BPO or Call Center experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to get you started.
Position Overview
- Role: Customer Service Representative (Voice)
- Account: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Location: Cebu City (On-site)
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates and Experienced Professionals
Compensation Package
We offer competitive monthly salaries based on your previous Customer Care Experience (CCE) in a voice-based role:
- Salary Range:₱19,000 – ₱24,000 (Base salary depends on previous Customer Care Experience)
- Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
- Experience: No Call Center experience required.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and a customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Willing to work on-site in Cebu City and amenable to shifting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding financial services, banking inquiries, or insurance concerns.
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting clients.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
