Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the processing of orders and modifications as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency; exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle various customer scenarios; prior experience with GDS systems is a plus.
