Talent Acquisition Lead

Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a digital gaming and entertainment company. Our client is seeking a TA Lead responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across key business functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, business-oriented recruiter with strong ownership, execution capability, and a data-driven approach. This is a full onsite role, with the office located in BGC, Taguig.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
- Drive hiring delivery, candidate quality, and recruitment timelines.
Talent Sourcing & Agency Management
- Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and agency partnerships.
- Work closely with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor performance.
- Support hard-to-fill and urgent hiring requirements with practical recruitment solutions.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization
- Track recruitment funnel performance, hiring metrics, and dashboard insights.
- Identify recruitment gaps and improve conversion efficiency.
- Support continuous optimization of recruitment process and coordination workflow.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment professionalism.
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring transition when needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Experience from international recruitment / executive search firms and in-house recruitment environments.
- Experience in internet / tech / fast-paced companies preferred.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across different functions.
- Hands-on sourcing and recruitment execution capability.
- Familiar with recruitment funnel analysis, hiring metrics, and dashboard tracking.
- Experience working with and managing recruitment agencies.
