Company Profile: A multinational luxury fashion brand specializing in premium handbags, footwear, and other luxury products is looking for a Mandarin Client Advisor, with more than 150 years of excellence in the industry. Position: Mandarin Luxury Client Advisor Industry: Luxury Fashion Brand Location: Makati City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Open to highschool, undergraduates and fresh graduates of any courses.
- Having face to face sales experience is a big plus.
- Knowledgeable in luxury brand products is a big plus.
- Having experience in premium fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or luxury retail is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Welcome clients warmly and provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Assist Mandarin-speaking clients by communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.
- Understand clients' preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients using clienteling tools to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, product reservations, exchanges, and after-sales concerns professionally.
