Insurance Admin (Fleet Management Services)

Job Summary

The Insurance Admin provides administrative and coordination support for vehicle insurance-related activities under Fleet Management Services (FMS). The role is responsible for processing insurance documents, coordinating claims and renewals, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with insurance providers, clients, and other concerned parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and monitoring of vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and related documents.
• Maintain and update records of insured fleet vehicles, policy details, expiration dates, and coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, clients, dealerships, and internal teams regarding insurance concerns.
• Assist in processing insurance claims and monitor their status until completion.
• Collect and verify required documents for insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
• Prepare insurance-related reports, monitoring sheets, and documentation.
• Monitor insurance policy expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals.
• Encode and update insurance information in the company’s database/system.
• Follow up on pending insurance documents, approvals, claims, and other requirements.
• Assist in handling inquiries related to vehicle insurance coverage and claims.
• Coordinate with concerned parties regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and insurance requirements.
• Ensure that insurance records and documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Perform other administrative and fleet-related tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or any related course.
• With experience in insurance, fleet management, automotive, claims processing, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Good follow-up and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Willing to learn fleet management and insurance processes.
