Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, email, chat, and messaging platforms. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service across both voice and non-voice interactions.
What’s included:
- Salary package of up to ₱25,000
- Signing bonus of up to ₱25,000 (terms apply)
- Performance incentives, night differential, and allowances
- HMO coverage and paid leaves (SL/VL)
- Regular and on-time salary release

- 1 exam + 1 Interview Only
- Phone and online process only via MS teams
- No walk-in required
- Application to job offer completed within the day for qualified candidates
- No mock calls or additional language assessments
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates with or without call center experience
- Willing to work on-site
- Work locations: McKinley Taguig . Silver city pasig , Moa , Edsa greenfield , vertis north , Etc
