We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Loading Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency in product loading-related processes. This role supports the Products Team by managing product loading, updating supplier information, troubleshooting database issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The coordinator acts as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Product Loading
Work on various tickets as assigned.
Work on various supplier contracts and allocations in the database as assigned.
Review terms and conditions of contracts, pinpoint any potential problem areas, and handle them in a proactive manner.
Liaise with Product Managers where necessary.
Perform Quality Control on contracts to ensure that all products are loaded in the database correctly.
Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations in Product Loading.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Candidates must have Tourplan background experience.
At least 1 year of work experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading.
Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage.
Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Strong prioritization skills to meet established deadlines
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization
Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills
Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time.
