Job Description: Contracts & Payments Job Description
- Monitor contracts under the Expansion department, including but not limited to lease agreements, service contracts, repair and maintenance contracts, renovation agreements, ensuring timely renewals, compliance with terms and conditions, and due diligence requirements.
- Validate and monitor all billing and payments such as rentals, utility bills, security deposits, renovation expenses, agency service fees, incentives, reimbursements, and other payments to service providers.
- Track payment status and schedule for all facilities, ensuring timely payment.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring operational alignment and efficiency
- Manage and improve databases and trackers for contracts, payments and related processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports related to contracts and payments, ensuring accuracy and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Support the escalation and resolution of contract and payment related disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
- Experience in database management, payment monitoring and processing.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools, lease contracts, and payment tracking systems.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
