IT Security Architect(Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Security Architect to take the lead in shaping enterprise-wide security design and strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can bridge technical depth with strategic vision. You’ll be responsible for evaluating existing controls, implementing robust security measures, and working closely with both technical and business teams to enhance the organization’s overall security posture. This role follows a mid-shift schedule. What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of Zero Trust architectures across cloud and on-premise environments
• Evaluate and audit existing security controls and recommend enhancements
• Design and optimize security processes, including SIEM and MDR solutions
• Conduct risk assessments for infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to embed security into technical and operational initiatives
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams and engage directly with the CISO on technical and strategic matters

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Information Security, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
• CISSP certification highly preferred
• Additional certifications such as Azure Architect, Azure Security, OSCP, OSEP, Security+, ISO 27001, CISM, or CRISC are a plus
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively
