We are hiring Spanish Bilingual Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to provide technical assistance and customer support to Spanish-speaking customers.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO Technical Support/TSR experience , strong Spanish and English communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced customer service environment.
This opportunity is open to Filipino, non-native Spanish speakers .
Requirements
- Filipino citizen.
- Proficient in Spanish and English , both written and verbal.
- Non-native Spanish speakers only .
- At least 6 months of BPO Technical Support / TSR experience .
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers with products, services, applications, or devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects .
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City .
- Willing to work a night shift schedule .
- Available to start ASAP or within the required hiring timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to Spanish-speaking customers through appropriate support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Identify root causes and provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
- Accurately document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues according to established procedures.
- Meet required quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service-level targets .
- Follow technical support procedures, security requirements, and company policies.
