Description - Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
- Provide exceptional service by resolving customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Assist clients in navigating through virtual insurance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: atleast 6 months of bpo experience handling voice internation account
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations and technical processes.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptability and a positive attitude.
