TranSCend Transformation Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks a TranSCend Transformation Analyst to support the MedTech digital transformation initiative converting global ERPs to SAP S4 HANA. The role focuses on testing coordination, data migration, and change management across finance process areas to enable successful platform implementation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute testing across BST, UAT, BRT, and hypercare phases
- Perform data cleansing, conversion, and migration in production and quality environments
- Manage defects and incidents arising from testing activities
- Support production cutover planning, execution, and stage gate deliverables
- Act as change agent and super user for finance service delivery teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years finance experience, preferably MedTech sector
- Professional accountancy qualification
- SAP knowledge with S4 HANA experience preferred
- SQL, Alteryx, or Python scripting experience
- US GAAP and intercompany accounting process expertise
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
