- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
- College Graduate with Excellent Communication Skills - Starters and Adapters are Accepted
- (or) Vocational Graduate (2 years graduate only - no TESDA courses) - With 2 years Customer Facing Experience
- (or) High School Graduate (old curriculum) with 4 years Customer Facing Experience
- (or) Senior High School with 2 years Customer Facing Experience
- Experience not totally required
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Can work on site
