Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents . No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with account information, orders, or service-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during every call.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level is an advantage).
- No call center experience required.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service skills.
