- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Collect and document customer feedback to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
