Junior Functional Consultant

- Lead in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.
- Lead in gathering business requirements and mapping them to ERP workflows.
- Help document functional specifications, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.
- Participate in system testing (UATAT), bug tracking, and data migration activities.
- Assist in resolving user issues and escalating more complex problems to senior team members or developers.
- Support users during go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Perform basic configuration and data entry within ERPNext and provide feedback on usability or improvement areas.
- Stay updated on ERP best practices, features, and upgrades.
- 1–3 years of experience working with ERPNext in a support or functional role.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and business process optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Gain exposure to SAP modules by supporting data entry, documentation, or testing tasks as directed by the team.
- Must have experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Asset Management, Accounting Inventory Management, HRIS, Payroll, and Projects.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
