Description - Lead performance initiatives to enhance clinic operations and patient care.
- Analyze clinic performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to implement best practices and training programs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and patients.
- Report on performance metrics and recommend strategic changes to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or performance improvement.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales management and customer management techniques.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, teamwork, and strong inventory management skills.
