Mandarin Business Development Manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partner Relationship Management
- Experience in the online entertainment, sports platform, or related industry is preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese)and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- International mindset with willingness to travel
- Experience leading or managing a team of at least 10 members
- Professional appearance and strong emotional intelligence
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Lead business negotiations and contract discussions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor business performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
- Drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships and market expansio
