JOB OBJECTIVE:
Ensure that company complies with the standards in extending exemplary and satisfied clients through ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all accounting processes are running smoothly and promptly. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversee the transactions in QuickBooks system. 2. Perform account reconciliation. 3. Record transactions in QuickBooks for inventory costing. 4. Record transactions in QuickBooks for payment of overseas suppliers monitored by Accounting Manager. 5. Prepare monthly financial report. 6. Prepare financial report for banks and overseas suppliers. 7. Check other disbursement transactions. 8. Perform other duties as instructed by the superior. JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. SKILLS/CORE COMPETENCIES: • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Vacancy posted 1 day ago
