Customer Service Representative (Bisaya)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Business Administration or any related field.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic applications).
- Single or Married are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to speak Bisaya and Tagalog .
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
- With or without work experience are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City .
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients and introduce company products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Prepare reports related to sales, inquiries, and client transactions.
- Assist in processing quotations, sales orders, and other documentation when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requests and concerns.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
