Position: Plant General Manager
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Carmona, Cavite
Salary: Php200,000 and sbove
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Work Set up: Work on site
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 10 years of experience as General manager
- Experience working in a manufacturing company i advantage
- Amenable to attend face to face interview
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall plant operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and administration.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
