- Assist in delivering water bottles to customers’ homes or businesses.
- Operate as a cashier, processing customer payments accurately and issuing receipts.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with their orders.
- Load and unload water bottles for delivery or customer pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the station and delivery vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols during operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy water bottles (up to 20-30 kg).
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or delivery is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability and flexibility to take on multiple roles as needed.
