Liaison Collector

- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and collection agencies.
- Manage and resolve disputes regarding outstanding accounts.
- Analyze and report on collection performance and client satisfaction.
- Develop effective communication strategies to enhance collector-client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in collecting data; strong responsibility and accountability.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Collect necessary information, maintain records, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible fieldwork required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
