- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional courses in communication or business preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Contact clients for overdue payments, maintain accurate records, and assist in resolving payment issues.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may require flexible hours.
