Monark Equipment Corporation is hiring for a Heavy Equipment Instructor!
Location: San Pedro, Laguna
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver training – Conduct theoretical and hands-on sessions across all levels.
- Equip technicians – Provide complete technical training on heavy equipment and gensets.
- Enhance methods – Improve teaching processes and training materials.
- Assess competencies – Evaluate skills and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships – Foster strong partnerships with customers while supporting service operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational background – Graduate of Heavy Equipment Servicing Technology or Automotive Technology.
- Relevant experience – With 1-3 years of related work in heavy equipment or genset servicing.
