APPLICATION SPECIALIST

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for application solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users for various application systems.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of application features and modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective usage of applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Data Product management, Search Product integration, and Product Planning methodologies
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in providing user support and application training sessions
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with opportunities for remote work
