Position: Mandarin Operations Support Specialist Industry: Digital Entertainment Firm Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 150,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Previous experience in the iGaming, online gaming, e-commerce, or related digital industry is an advantage.
- Strong familiarity with websites, backend systems, and operational platforms, with excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Review product features, user experiences, operational processes, and system interactions from an end-user perspective to identify improvement opportunities and optimize overall user satisfaction.
- Gather, organize, evaluate, and maintain operational data, reports, and performance metrics to assist in business analysis and decision-making.
- Track, document, monitor, and coordinate the resolution of production concerns, system issues, and bugs by working closely with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Provide operational and administrative assistance for cross-functional projects, business initiatives, and other assigned requirements.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Product, and other internal departments to handle requests, resolve concerns, and maintain efficient business operations.
- Oversee user access management, account permissions, and other administrative tasks while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to help achieve business goals and improve operational effectiveness.
