COMPANY PROFILE: A Philippine-based manufacturer of energy-efficient air cooling solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications, committed to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Position: Distribution Account Manager Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Salary: Php 90,000 - 100,000 Work Location: Quezon City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- With at least 5-8 years of experience as Channel Sales.
- With at least 3 years of experience in Managerial role.
- Background in specialized industries like Tech, SaaS, or HVAC.
- Knowledgeable with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strategic partner relationships, develop sales programs, and provide training to maximize partner sales performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure alignment with company policies
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Manage sales pipelines, track forecasts, and monitor partner performance against established quotas using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Train partner teams on products, value propositions, and sales techniques
