CPA Audit / Accounting Associate - ERP Consultant

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or finance professional who is interested in expanding their career into business process improvement, systems implementation, and functional consulting .
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting, finance, or external audit who want to gain exposure to enterprise systems, process transformation initiatives, and client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes and operational requirements
- Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business needs
- Assist in business systems implementation and configuration activities
- Prepare testing documents and support system testing activities
- Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor and track project issues and coordinate resolutions
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide implementation support
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or external audit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes
- Interest in business systems, process improvement, and consulting
- Willing to work under a hybrid setup in Makati
