Continuous Improvement Supervisor

This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
What You'll do
You will collaborate with business, IT, and analytics community to capture, prioritize and document data analytic requirements and drive measurable results.
You will help create work related to strategy, roadmap, critical metric definition, reporting and dashboards.
You will deliver projects by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports.
You will mentor others and handle project finances.
Continuously enable to new solution trends and develop the skills for self and enable the practice to build the skills.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
10 or more years in a leadership role
At least 7 years of hands on experience with BI and Analytics tools
Strong business domain knowledge - business analytics, marketing data, automotive and understanding the exponential change within this domain is paramount to success
You have a deep understanding of BI tools: Excel, Reporting Tool Consumption (Cognos, Tableau)
You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and believe in the power of innovation through differing view points
