About Us
Quollio Technologies is a startup that develops and provides Quollio®︎ Data Intelligence Cloud. In just four years since our founding, we have been adopted by a variety of major companies, mainly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
Role and Mission
- Develop, improve and maintain the backend of our main product, Quollio Data Intelligence Cloud.
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality of localization for Japanese enterprise companies.

Responsibilities
- Comprehend the technical stack used in Quollio and develop and improve functions according to requirements.
- Follow the Tech Lead's instructions and strive for coding that does not compromise product quality.
- Provide easy-to-understand technical documentation to other stakeholders (other engineers, product managers, etc.).
- Actively participate in mutual discussions among members and offer opinions on design and process improvement proposals.

Required Skills
- Backend development: 3+ years (Experience with Python. Golang, Java, C++ or Rust is a plus)
- Development experience on Linux and Cloud: 2+ years. Windows Server is a plus
- Experience in business communication in English (conversation and documentation): 2+ years
Preferred Skills
- Deep knowledge of data management, data engineering, and data analysis
- Work experience in BtoB SaaS business
- Experience in business communication in Japanese
