Branch Insurance Head for Davao

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with operational policies and industry regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Execute strategies to achieve revenue goals across Bancassurance, Agency, and Broker channels.
- Address inquiries and build strong loyalty with intermediaries and local customers.
- Manage the branch budget, analyze financial performance, and mitigate operational risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management (CPA or MBA is an advantage).
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in insurance or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Non-life Insurance products and relevant local regulations.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, presentation, and people management.
- Driving skill is required for this role.
