Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with account issues, order concerns, refunds, and payment problems.

Support delivery riders and restaurant partners with account access and order management.

Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner.

Investigate and resolve order delays, cancellations, or missing items.

Process refunds, credits, or adjustments according to company policies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Escalate complex problems to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.

Provide guidance to customers on how to use the food delivery app and manage their accounts.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications
