Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account) to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Share accurate information about company products and services
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, and basic troubleshooting
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Deliver quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate (or higher)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be open to working onsite in Quezon City
