Job Overview:
We’re looking for passionate and experienced Customer Service Representatives who can provide excellent support to our clients in the Billing Account . You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, account issues, and payment concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing statements, payments, and account adjustments.
- Provide accurate information and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Process account updates, payment arrangements, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (AHT, CSAT, quality, etc.).
