Company Profile: A multinational luxury fashion brand specializing in premium handbags, footwear, and other luxury products is looking for a Mandarin Client Advisor, with more than 150 years of excellence in the industry. Position: Mandarin Luxury Brand Specialist Industry: Luxury Fashion Brand Location: Pasay City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 55,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Open to highschool, undergraduates and fresh graduates of any courses.
- Having face to face sales experience is a big plus.
- Knowledgeable in luxury brand products is a big plus.
- Having experience in premium fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or luxury retail is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Greet clients warmly and deliver a premium luxury shopping experience.
- Support Mandarin-speaking clients by providing assistance in both Mandarin and English.
- Identify clients’ needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling tools to promote customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries, product reservations, exchanges, and after-sales service concerns.
