Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Greet customers as they arrive and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and confidently.
Sales Process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
- Present financing and leasing options clearly, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while adhering to dealership guidelines.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Understand the competitive market and highlight advantages of the dealership's offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
