Job Description We are looking for Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide fast and accurate support through chat platforms. You will handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns via chat support channels
• Assist with billing, account updates, and general inquiries
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses
• Record and document all customer interactions properly
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed
• Maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on chat support tools, systems, and processes

Requirements

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• Open to fresh graduates (experience is an advantage)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
