Customer Service Representative (Chat & Voice) | Up to ₱31,000 Monthly
Position: Customer Service Representative (Chat & Voice)
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱31,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and update account records accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
