Industrial Engineer

- Develop, implement, and monitor company health and safety policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with DOLE, DOH, DENR, etc.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure safe working conditions.
- Investigate and document incidents, accidents, near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Facilitate employee orientation and training programs on occupational safety, fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and proper handling of equipment.
- Maintain and update records of health and safety activities, permits, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with government agencies like BFP, DOLE, LGU, etc. for compliance audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Lead emergency response and disaster preparedness programs, including fire and earthquake drills.
- Perform other tasks related to health, safety, and environment as may be assigned by the management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or higher).
- Willing to be trained.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to details, analytical skills, documentation, and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
