What You'll Do

As our Marketing & Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening our digital presence by:

• Creating engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
• Developing and managing a strategic content calendar.
• Writing educational, informative, and brand-aligned social media posts.
• Researching legal and business-related topics to create compelling content.
• Repurposing articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and other materials into engaging social media assets.
• Designing simple graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
• Monitoring social media performance and recommending strategies to improve engagement and audience growth.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging social media best practices.
• Collaborating with leadership to strengthen personal branding and thought leadership initiatives.

Bonus Skills

Candidates with experience in the following will stand out:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Keyword research and on-page optimization
• Website content optimization
• Basic analytics and performance reporting

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

• Experienced in marketing for a U.S. law firm or legal services organization ( required ).
• Ideally familiar with corporate law , business law, or related legal practice areas.
• A strong writer with excellent English communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and proactive.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with executives and turning ideas into engaging content.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (Minimum 100mbps) and a professional remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
