* Assists in the processing and packaging of rice, including operating machinery (if trained), weighing, and bagging.
* Maintains cleanliness and organization of the rice processing/storage areas, following hygiene and safety standards.
* Performs general labor tasks related to rice handling, such as loading/unloading sacks of rice, stacking, and transporting materials.
* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy sacks of rice.
* Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
* Basic understanding of rice handling and storage practices (preferred, but training can be provided).
