Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll changes
- Assist in year-end payroll activities and audits
